Benefits of WellBeing

According to several research studies, as well as the results of organizations that have already implemented wellness plans, very interesting benefits can be achieved and that respond to the current needs of change in them.

Employees who feel "cared for" by their organizations gain power and strength, thus being more competent in the performance of their tasks and with greater ability to make autonomous decisions.

From IS-WELL, we combine all the areas in which we believe that action must be taken, to achieve a design of a Well being plan, according to each entity, and always placing people in the center.

Ma Isabel Martínez Castro

PhD in Clinical Psychology, Researcher, Well Being Manager and WELL AP

"Demonstrating a constant interest in research and psychological intervention in the care and development of people, following his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM, 1994-1999), obtained the Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA, UCM, 1999-2002) in the Experimental Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program, for which he received his PhD in Clinical Psychology (UCM, 2002-2008) In parallel with this, he worked as volunteers and contracts at the A.N.A.R. Foundation. (Help Children and Children Adolescents at Risk) (2000-2010). After which, he collaborated as a Psychologist in a project (TANSNIP-PESA) led by Valentín Fuster at the National Research Center Cardiovascular (C.N.I.C.) and at the VU Medical University (Amsterdam) consistent promoting healthy lifestyle habits to a sample 1,000 participants belonging to the Santander Group. With an international projection, he trained as WELL AP and currently serves as WELL Mind Advisor for the International WELL Building Institue. At the root of which IS-WELL emerged, dedicated to designing and implementing Optimal Health and Wellness Plans (PsOBs) in organizations from a global and integrative approach. In addition, he is part of the Research Commission of IFMA Spain and participates in different research projects at the Complutense University of Madrid and the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.
