Benefits of WellBeing

According to several research studies, as well as the results of organizations that have already implemented wellness plans, very interesting benefits can be achieved and that respond to the current needs of change in them.

Employees who feel “cared for” by their organizations gain power and strength, thus being more competent in the performance of their tasks and with greater ability to make autonomous decisions.

Thanks to wellness, employees are much better able to develop their activity, creativity and imagination, to face daily challenges.

The working climate is also improved, as improving well-being also affects improved employee emotional status, reduced aggression and fostering interpersonal relationships.

There are studies of recruitment companies, explaining that well-being and quality of life have become a key factor in choosing a job within an organization and how those in companies that have integrated plans Well being, especially value that aspect, in the face of a new job proposal. They go so far as to comment that millennials even value it above economic aspects.

Numerous studies with real data from organizations, offer positive results on increasing productivity and reducing employee job losses, in organizations that have implemented and maintain Well being programs.

How do we design our Well being plans?

From IS-WELL, we combine all the areas in which we believe that action must be taken, to achieve a design of a Well being plan, according to each entity, and always placing people in the center.

This requires an initial phase, in which information is collected from the organization, users, the environments and the previous actions applied, related to well-being.  Know the scopes
