Benefits of WellBeing

According to several research studies, as well as the results of the organizations that have already implemented welfare plans, they can obtain very interesting benefits and that respond to the current needs of change in the same ones.

Employee empowerment

Employees who feel "cared for" by their organizations acquire power and strength, thus being more competent in the performance of their tasks and with greater capacity to make autonomous decisions.

Capacity Building

Thanks to the wellbeing, the employees are much more able to develop their activity, creativity and imagination, to face the daily challenges.

Improved working environment

It also improves the working environment, since the improvement of the wellbeing also affects the improvement of the emotional state of the employees, the reduction of aggression and the promotion of interpersonal relations.

There are studies of personnel selection companies, which explains that the wellbeing and quality of life, has become a key factor when choosing a job within an organization and how those found in companies that have integrated plans of Well being, they especially value that aspect, in front of a new job proposal. They come to comment, that the millenials, even value it above the economic aspects.

Numerous studies with real data from organizations provide positive results on the increase in productivity and the reduction of employee labour losses in organizations that have implemented and maintained Well being programs.

From IS-WELL, we combine all the areas in which we consider that we should act, to achieve a design of a WELL being plan, according to each entity, and always locating people in the center.

PhD in clinical psychology, researcher, well Being Manager and well AP

"Demonstrating a constant interest in research and Psychological intervention in the care and development of the people, after their degree in psychology by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM, 1994-1999), obtained the Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA, UCM, 1999-2002) in the doctoral program clinical Psychology Experimental, For which he was Ph.D. in clinical Psychology (UCM, 2002-2008) In parallel to this, he worked as a volunteer and contractual work at the Fundación A.N.A.R. (Helps children and Adolescents at risk) (2000-2010). After which, he collaborated as Psychologist in a project (TANSNIP-PESA) directed by Valentín Fúster at the National Research Center Cardiovascular (C.N.I.C.) and in the center University Medical VU (Amsterdam) consistent Promoting healthy living habits to a sample Of 1,000 participants belonging to the Santander group. With an international projection, he formed as well AP and currently serves as well Mind Advisor for the international well Building Institue. In the wake of what arose IS-WELL, dedicated to designing and implementing optimal health and wellness plans (PSBO) in organizations from a global and integrative approach. He is also part of the Research commission of IFMA España and participates in different research projects at the Complutense University of Madrid and the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.
